TEGLA LOROUPE TO GRACE A YOUNG LEADERS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM IN ARGENTINA

TLPF President Amb. Tegla Loroupe jets out of the country tonight, October 4, 2018 to attend the launch of a young leaders mentorship program in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The event, organized by Sport at the Service of Humanity, SSH, with the Vatican and the IOC, kicks off tomorrow having attracted support from the ISPS HANDA foundation.

Tegla Loroupe is honored for having a refugee athlete drawn from her refugee training camp in Kenya as one of the celebrated young leaders who will prominently feature in the mentorship event

Anjelina Nadai a 23 year old South Sudanese refugee who was picked from the Kakuma refugee camp to take up track training at the Tegla Loroupe refugee training camp.

She is among the first refugees to participate in olympics being a member of the refugee olympic team at the 2016 summer games in Rio De Janeiro.
